Does the K45 work with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google?

Yes. FEITIAN lists Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, DUO Security and Google Accounts among the services the K45 works with. It works out-of-the-box with all services supporting FIDO2 and FIDO U2F.

How many credentials can the K45 store?

The K45 supports up to 128 credentials. Fingerprint data is encrypted, stored and protected by the key's embedded security chip and cannot be reverse-engineered once enrolled.

Does the K45 support PIV?

No. The K45 supports FIDO U2F and FIDO2 only. PIV capabilities are available on the K45+.

Do I need two K45 keys?

Yes. Register at least two keys per person from day one: one for daily use and one stored safely as a backup. If a key is lost, you sign in with the backup key and remove the lost key from your account, so you never need a weaker fallback method.

What is the difference between the K45 and the K26?

Both are BioPass FIDO2 fingerprint keys that support up to 128 credentials. The K45 plugs into USB-A ports, while the K26 uses USB-C. Choose by the ports on your users' computers.
