Frequently Asked Questions
Does the K41 work with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google?
Yes. FEITIAN lists Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, DUO Security and Google Accounts among the services the K41 works with. It supports both FIDO2 and FIDO U2F.
Does the K41 work with phones and tablets?
Yes. The K41 connects over NFC and Bluetooth as well as USB-C, so it can sign in on phones and tablets by tapping or pairing, and on computers by plugging in.
How many credentials can the K41 store?
FEITIAN lists the K41's maximum number of credentials as No Limit. A FIDO2 key can also register with an unlimited number of services that use non-resident credentials.
Do I need two K41 keys?
Yes. Register at least two keys per person from day one: one for daily use and one stored safely as a backup. If a key is lost, you sign in with the backup key and remove the lost key from your account, so you never need a weaker fallback method.
What is the difference between the K41 and the K33?
Both keys connect over USB-C, NFC and Bluetooth. The K33 AllinPass adds a fingerprint sensor that stores up to 16 fingerprint templates and 128 resident credentials. Choose the K41 if you want multi-interface sign-in without biometrics.
