Which Authentication Token Uses an Event-Based Algorithm?

Event-based tokens use the OATH-HOTP algorithm (HMAC-based One-Time Password). The C100 is an event-based HOTP token: each button press generates a new one-time password, and that password stays valid until the next press. Time-based tokens such as the FEITIAN C200 use OATH-TOTP instead, where the password changes on a set time interval.

Seed Delivery

By default, FEITIAN will deliver OTP Seed/secret files to the contact email address on the order, shortly after we ship the order. If a different email is required or a different encoding format, please add a specific note to the order.
