Warranty and Return Policy

FEITIAN Technologies US Inc (herein after “FEITIAN US”) offers the following limited Product warranty to a customer (the “Customer”) who is the original purchaser of the covered FEITIAN US Product (the “Product”):

Warranty Scope

FEITIAN US warrants that for the duration of the one (1) year warranty period, a Product will, under normal use, be free from defects in material or workmanship and will materially conform to Product specifications. This warranty becomes effective only from the date of purchase either directly from FEITIAN US or an authorized reseller with a dated proof of purchase (e.g., an original invoice).

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any Product not purchased directly from FEITIAN US or FEITIAN US’ authorized distributors/resellers.
  • Any damage to the Product which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, improper installation, electrostatic discharge, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, and
  • Any Product rendered inoperable due to Customer’s failure and/or inability to follow FEITIAN US’ user manuals or Product guides.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt of any Product delivery, Customer shall have fifteen (15) days to inspect and test such Product. If the Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, or if the Product does not conform to the Specifications, the Customer has the right to reject such Product during a fifteen (15) days period. Customer shall have the right to inspect and test such replacement Product within fifteen (15) days ofndelivery.


Product not rejected during such period shall be deemed accepted.

Warranty Claim

During the warranty period for a Product, FEITIAN US shall repair, replace or refund such Product if it is in breach of the warranty above, subject to the following:

  • Customer must return the defective Product to FEITIAN US, at Customer’s expense, in accordance with the RMA return process set forth below (the “RMA Process”). FEITIAN US shall have no obligation to Customer under the warranty above if Customer fails to return the Product to FEITIAN US in accordance with the RMA Process.
  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with the RMA Process, upon FEITIAN US’ receipt of the Product, FEITIAN US will:
    • the Product will be repaired, replaced or a credit will be issued at FEITIAN US’s option under FEITIAN US’ warranty terms.
    • FEITIAN US will ship the repaired or replacement Product back to the United States location designated by Customer pursuant to the RMA Process, at FEITIAN US’ expense.
    • For avoidance of doubt, FEITIAN US will not return shipped Product to any location outside of the United States. Repair or replacement of a Product does not extend the warranty period for such Product.

If FEITIAN US determines that any Product returned by Customer under the warranty above is not defective in workmanship or materials (the “Non-Defective-Found”), FEITIAN US shall clean and test such Product and ship such Product back to the location designated by Customer pursuant to the RMA Process, at FEITIAN US’ expense.

However, in the event that Customer’s Non-Defective-Fund repairs for any Product exceed ten percent (10%) of the total quantity of products FEITIAN US invoiced to the Customer against the purchase order, FEITIAN US may charge Customer FEITIAN US’ then current fee for Clean and Test services, plus shipping, on all such Products returned for repair in excess of such percentage.

Extended Warranty

Customer may purchase an extension of the warranty period for certain Products, for FEITIAN US’ standard extended warranty fees. Customer must purchase such extended warranty at the time of the original Product purchase, unless otherwise agreed with FEITIAN US. Customer may purchase such extended warranty directly from FEITIAN US. Extended warranty does not apply to battery packs. For more details, please contact your FEITIAN US sales representative

Return and Restocking Fees

Non-Warranty Product returns, regardless of the reason for the return, shall be requested and shipped back to FEITIAN US within sixty (60) days of the date of receipt. Any product returned to FEITIAN US without prior authorization from FEITIAN US will be considered an unauthorized return.
Products subject to stock rotation must be unused, undamaged, sealed in their original packages, and free of liens, and must be shipped freight prepaid to FEITIAN US upon receipt of written return authorization from FEITIAN US. Stock rotation may occur only once per calendar quarter.
All eligible non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the gross sales price of the order.

RMA Process

Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) from FEITIAN US during the warranty period via your FEITIAN US sales representative, or by contacting FEITIAN US Tech Support at:

FEITIAN US Tech Support, upon approval of the RMA request, will email the Customer the complete instructions for Customer to return the Product.
An RMA number must be obtained from FEITIAN US before any Products can be returned. The RMA number is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Products that are not factory sealed, or that are returned later than sixty (60) days from the date of receipt are subject to a restocking charge plus an additional charge for any damage.

Shipping

Once the Customer’s RMA request is approved, an RMA number will be issued. When returning the covered Product, the Customer must take the to ensure that the Product is shipped in a properly padded package to protect against any damage during shipping.
Charges for shipping the returned Product to FEITIAN US are the Customer’s responsibility. Products improperly labeled, packaged, or shipped may void the warranty for that Product.

FEITIAN US will ship the repaired or replacement Product back to the United States location designated by Customer pursuant to the RMA Process, at FEITIAN US’ expense. FEITIAN US is not responsible for any lost or damaged Product being shipped to or from FEITIAN US.
The Customer is responsible for any expedited shipping charges from FEITIAN US, as well as any duties and customs charges, any freight insurance, and any shipping charges outside of the United States.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED HEREIN, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FEITIAN US AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE REGARDING OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS, THE DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY MATERIALS FURNISHED OR PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER.
