You can also start a return by Contacting Us and providing the Order #, Reason and you will be issued an RMA # .

Note: FEITIAN US is not responsible for items returned without an RMA#

Once the return has been received, we will inspect and process the return. The original payment method will be refunded the full amount for the merchandise returned minus associated restocking and shipping fees, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests made prior to the order being shipped out will be cancelled and refunded in full.
